A comprehensive consultation — we review your health history and goals and talk through the best treatment options for you. For medical programs, we may order lab work to design your personalized plan.

Most new consultations can be scheduled within 3–5 business days, depending on provider availability.

Hormone Therapy

What symptoms might mean I need hormone therapy?

Common signs include fatigue, mood swings, brain fog, low libido, weight gain, and poor sleep. If these persist, hormone testing and a consultation can help determine whether hormone therapy is right for you.

What is Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)?

BHRT uses plant-derived hormones that are structurally identical to the ones your body naturally produces — a more natural way to restore hormonal balance in men and women. Learn more on our Hormone Therapy page.

What types of hormone therapy do you offer?

Bio-identical hormone therapy, testosterone replacement, growth hormone therapy, and peptide therapy — all customized based on your lab results and goals.

Is hormone therapy safe?

Yes. When prescribed and monitored by experienced medical professionals, hormone therapy is safe and effective. We use evidence-based protocols and regular lab testing to keep your treatment on track.

Peptide Therapy

What is peptide therapy?

Peptide therapy uses short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body, supporting natural processes like hormone signaling, tissue repair, metabolism, and recovery. It's designed to work with your body's existing systems, not override them. Learn more on our Peptide Therapy page.

What peptides do you offer?

We offer several medically guided peptides, including Hexarelin, IGF-1, PDA (Pentadeca Argininate), Sermorelin, and Tesamorelin — each selected based on your labs, goals, and a medical evaluation.

What can peptide therapy support?

Depending on the peptide and your plan, therapy may help support muscle recovery and lean muscle, fat metabolism and body composition, injury healing and tissue repair, hormone and growth hormone signaling, energy and performance, and overall longevity.

Is peptide therapy safe?

Peptide therapy is prescribed and monitored by medical professionals, based on your medical history, lab results, and goals to ensure appropriate, responsible use.

Peptide therapies are provided following medical evaluation and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

How do I know which peptide is right for me?

There's no universal plan. During your consultation, our team reviews your health history, symptoms, labs, and goals to determine which therapies may be appropriate — or whether peptide therapy is recommended at all.

How soon will I notice results?

Response times vary. Some patients notice changes gradually over weeks; others see subtler improvements over time. Peptide therapy is designed to support long-term wellness rather than immediate results.

Peptide therapies are provided following medical evaluation and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Weight Loss & Nutrition

What medical weight loss programs do you offer?

Customized, medically supervised programs including GLP-1 medications (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide), HCG therapy, and nutritional counseling. See our Weight Loss & Nutrition page.

What are GLP-1s and how do they work?

GLP-1s are FDA-approved medications that help regulate appetite, slow digestion, and improve metabolism for sustainable weight loss.

Can hormone therapy and weight loss be combined?

Yes — many patients see the best results combining the two, since hormones play a key role in metabolism and fat regulation. The treatments complement each other and don't interfere.

Do I have to exercise while on a weight loss program?

We encourage moderate activity, but our programs are designed to work even with limited exercise ability. Your provider tailors recommendations to your fitness level.

How soon will I see results from Botox or fillers?
